Approached via a long private drive, the welcoming Macdonald Crutherland House Hotel provides a peaceful location for any meeting or event. Our newly-built self-contained Conference Centre can play host to meetings, conferences and events for up to 500 people. All of the hotel's meeting rooms and function suites are equipped to the Meeting@Macdonald standard and benefit from natural daylight and air conditioning.

The Crutherland Suite
The spacious Crutherland Suite functions as the hotel's ballroom and boasts its own spacious bar and reception area and a large dance floor. Built to accommodate large conferences and exhibitions, this flexible naturally-lit room can also be partitioned into two soundproofed separate spaces, the Calder Suite and the Torrance Suite, each able to host events for up to 200 delegates.

The Kittoch Suite 1,2,3 + 4
Located in the self-contained Conference Centre, the modern Kittoch Suite can host business events for up to 150 delegates. Host a training session with up to 50 of your colleagues and enjoy a barbecue on the balcony for a breakout with a difference. This flexible suite can be partitioned into a variety of combinations, from four separate rooms to two meeting rooms with breakout space.

The Kelvin Suite 1,2,3 + 4
Positioned on the second floor of the Macdonald Crutherland House Hotel's newly-built Conference Centre, the Kelvin Suite boasts stunning views across the surrounding countryside. Partition the suite into two separate rooms and use one for a meeting for up to 60 delegates and the other as a breakout area. Organise a presentation with an audience of up to 100 and make use of modern facilities such as an LCD screen, an in-room PA system and wireless internet access.
