From October 5 2007, in association with Stephanie Winson and Herbs4Beauty we are delighted to offer a wide range of treatments to guests not only staying at the hotel but also non-residential guests.

Stephanie has been a practising Holistic Beauty Therapist for 9 years, her holistic practice includes Reflexology, Indian head massage and Reiki levels 1 and 2, facial and body treatments.

Stephanie is also an independent distributor for Nature's Sunshine Products, bringing advice on diet and nutrition which can enhance health. Her holistic approach allows the opportunity to offer each client an individual plan.

Holistic treatments provide time in which to relax and de-stress, enabling us to re-enter the busy world in which we live with a sense of calm.

Stephanie will be in the hotel on Friday's between 4pm and 8pm, Saturday's between 10am and 5pm and Tuesday's between 6pm and 8pm.

We recommend booking treatments as early as possible to ensure we can guarantee the booking time. This can be organised by contacting Stephanie direct on 07812 702924.

For guests staying in the hotel, treatments are charged in full to your room bill prior to check out and are inclusive of VAT.

Please note we do operate a 100% cancellation fee on all treatments cancelled less than 24 hours prior to appointment time.

REFLEXOLOGY

This relaxing treatment allows the whole body to be treated through reflex points on the feet, by stimulating specific areas the internal organs and body systems can be balanced. Bringing a sense of well being, increasing energy levels and aiding the self healing process.

BODY MASSAGE

A massage treatment to encourage relaxation, whilst focusing on areas of tension and pain in the body.

Back, neck and shoulder massage - 30 minutes - £40.00

INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE

This massage of the upper back, shoulders, neck, scalp and face helps to reduce stress and tension. It can help to ease tension headaches and stimulate hair growth.

This treatment can be performed over clothing, with or without the use of oil on the scalp.

HOLISTIC FACIAL TREATMENTS

Designed exclusively for The Compleat Angler, these facial therapy treatments will nourish, condition and strengthen the skin, whilst relaxing you and enhancing a feeling of well being.

We are proud to offer this special service to brides. Preparing for your wedding day can be fun but also stressful; we offer an individual service to include skin care and make-up advice, holistic therapy treatments and nutritional advice on how to deal with wedding stress and subjects such as weight loss. Allowing you some time for yourself to relax and unwind so that you can look and feel beautiful, refreshed and relaxed for your big day.

Book an initial consultation with one of our trained therapists at least 6 months before your wedding, so we can work out an individual plan to help you prepare for your special day.

The initial consultation fee is complimentary.
