Meeting Rooms

Balmoral Suite. Floor: Ground.

The Balmoral and Sandringham Boardrooms are located in the courtyard area of the hotel on the ground floor. Both rooms benefit from natural day light, air conditioning, cloakrooms and their own private break-out areas.
The Balmoral Suite has its own semi-private lawn area overlooking the river and is fully equipped with video-conferencing facilities.
The private break-out rooms attached to these modern style boardrooms - the Blenheim and the Hampton - ensure that these rooms are ideal for confidential meetings.

Breakout - Blenheim. Floor: Ground.

The Blenheim is a private breakout room attached to the modern style Balmoral boardroom and is ideal for confidential meetings.
Cannnot be hired separately. Included in the room hire price of The Balmoral Suite

Breakout - Hampton. Floor: Ground.

The Hampton is a private breakout room attached to the modern style Sandringham boardroom and is ideal for confidential meetings.
This room cannot be hired separately. Hire charge included in the price of The Sandringham Suite.

Regency Room. Floor: Ground.

The Regency Room is located on the ground floor with its own private entrance, cloakrooms, air-conditioning and natural daylight.
The room can be used separately or as part of a full suite of three rooms in conjunction with the River and Thames Rooms.
The Hospitality room is also available for your Event Organiser to use as a personal business centre or as a delegate registration area.

River Room. Floor: Ground.

The River and Thames Rooms are located overlooking the hotel lawn and river Thames.
These stylish rooms both have natural daylight and air-conditioning and open onto a covered terrace area, ideal for working lunches, refreshment breaks and drinks receptions.
They are extremely versatile rooms suitable for a variety of meetings, private dining and for use as syndicate rooms to the adjacent Regency Room.
The three rooms work well together interlinked by the Hospitality area.

Sandringham Suite. Floor: Ground.
