
Wedding Menus, Reception Drinks & Wines
Introduction
At Cardrona as with all Macdonald Hotels we source only the best produce available for all our menus. We serve only Scottish beef and lamb which has been reared on natural Scottish pastures all of which is fully traceable back to its point of origin. Beef is hung for a minimum of 21 days ensuring tenderness and full flavour and then hand cut using time honoured techniques. Our pork is sourced and produced to the British Quality Standard Mark and our chickens are free range and corn fed. All of our white fish is wild and caught from sustainable sources and there is an ever growing range of organic fruits and vegetables on our menus.
Complimenting these fine ingredients, Chef Ivor Clark and his team prepare dishes with great skill ensuring the natural goodness of the food predominates at all times. Where appropriate dishes are complimented by delicate and flavoursome sauces.
The following selections of menus have been created to provide you with examples of our most popular dishes. These menus are flexible and can be altered to suit your own choice of menu. To enhance your menu with an extra course ie Soup or Sorbet simply add £2.50 to the menu prices below.
Prices indicated are for the current year 2008 and are subject to change. Please allow for an increase for subsequent years.
