For big conferences we have a selection of hotels that are particularly favourable in terms of delegate capacities, number and flexibility of meeting and break-out rooms, technical ability and expertise in hosting larger conferences. Some also have dedicated conference suites with organiser offices and full business support.

All have excellent connections by road, air and rail and we can offer large areas for free parking spaces at a many of our hotels. 

When it comes to dining we endeavour to serve only the highest quality produce and finest cuisine and we promise that the quality of the food will be the same as served in our restaurants no matter how large the conference.

Our dedicated and experienced conference teams will support you from your initial enquiry, in the lead up to the event and for the entire duration of the conference to support and ensure that everything runs as smoothly as possible. This includes full business support and on site AV and technical support as required.
