Hotel Business Facilities

Our standard delegate packages have been put together with the needs of our clients in mind.   In addition to our standard packages, each hotel has also developed it’s own unique ‘value-added packages’. If you would like a bespoke package, call Conference Direct or your chosen hotel.

Many of our hotels can offer a range of meeting room facilities including :

As well as the above, a dedicated Meeting Host will be on hand at all times to aid in the smooth running of your day, whichever Macdonald Hotel you choose.   Your Meeting Host will:

• Display the event or company name clearly in hotel reception.
• Prepare your meeting room at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled arrival, with all of your AV equipment checked and in full working order.
• Refresh your room whilst you are at lunch, and prepare a selection of freshly sliced fruit and any other additional delegate treats you have ordered.
• Go through the Welcome Pack with the organiser and supply a single security key for the meeting room, providing complete security.
• Debrief the organiser at the end of the meeting to ensure we have provided the highest standard of service.
