A discreet and well equipped gym, ideal for working out or winding down, Level 5 offers a friendly and exclusive fitness program to meet the demands of its clients.

We have a full range of cardiovascular fitness equipment including treadmills, bikes and a rowing machine. The Nautilus multi gym provides comprehensive strength training for all major muscle groups. To help you to relax after a hard days work we have a sauna which can comfortably seat six people (The Sauna is on a timer so in order to ensure it is switched on, please contact reception prior to going to the gym).
