Wedding Accommodation April 2008/ September 2009

We are pleased to offer special rates to all guests attending the wedding reception so that you can all enjoy your special day together. With our special rates your guests need not worry about transport arrangements home until the next day. With our newly refurbished bedrooms your guests can relax in style and confort and enjoy your special day even more.

Our refurbished bedrooms are fully equipped with air conditioning, hospitality tray, mini bar, ensuite bath and shower room, full colour television, trouser press, iron and board plus hair dryer.

Our rate are as follows:

Terms and Conditions

• All rooms are subject to availability
• A maximum of 20 rooms for a 1 night stay may be held for a Saturday night once original allocation has been taken up. Subject to availability.
• Any rooms booked on the wedding allocation will require full pre payment on booking. This is a non refundable payment.
• Any special requirements i.e. suites, interconnecting rooms for families are subject to availability & should be requested as far in advance as possible
• Prices are subject to change without notice, however your price is guaranteed once you have received confirmation
• Rooms reserved less than 1 month prior to the wedding will be sold at the best available rate, not the wedding rate.
• Maximum of 2 Adults per room
• Additional children in rooms may not always be possible or may incur additional costs.
• Interconnecting rooms are not guaranteed.

Period of Notice:

• On confirming your wedding you will be offered an allocation of rooms available. At 1 month prior any un-named rooms will be automatically released back to the hotel, and sold on our Leisure Break tariff.
• Cancellation charges will only be requested where rooms have been asked to be held after the 1 month cut off date.
  • 4 Weeks = 25% of room cost
  • 3 Weeks = 50% of room cost
  • 2 Weeks = 75% of room cost
  • 1 Week = 100% of room cost

PLEASE NOTE: A Credit Card/ Debit Card guarantee would be required for every room that has been requested to be held after the 1 month cut off.

Extra Nights

Why not make the most of your start to married life together and stay for more than one night in our newly refurbished suites ? Our wedding co-ordinator will be more than happy to arrange your accommodation ( subject to availablity ) for more than one night at a special rate to include use of our extensive leisure facilities. Beauty treatments and golf must be booked and paid for in advance to avoid disapointment.

Why not stay the night prior to your wedding and enjoy a family meal or just with the bridesmaids or stags ? This can be a popular option, particularly if you have your civil marriage the following day!
