Useful Information About Our Hotel
Check-in time at the New Blossoms Hotel is 2pm and we ask that you check out of your rooms by 11am on the day of departure. We can offer late check-out on request, subject to availability (fees may apply).
Children are welcome throughout the New Blossoms Hotel when accompanied by an adult. Cots and highchairs can be provided on request from reception. Special kids' menus featuring fresh and locally sourced ingredients are available at the Grille restaurant. Children also have their own room service menu.

We regret that the Macdonald New Blossoms Hotel cannot accommodate pets other than guide dogs.
Your safety, security and comfort are our priority at the Macdonald New Blossoms Hotel. Our Reception is manned 24 hours a day and a safety deposit is available for valuables.
Car parking is a short distance from the Macdonald New Blossoms Hotel and available at the local NCP car park in Pepper Street. Spaces are subject to availability and chargeable at £8.50 per car per overnight stay, expiring at 12 noon the following day. You can access the car park from 7am - 10pm. It is secured overnight and you pay for your parking ticket at reception. Please contact the hotel reception should you require more details.

As part of our commitment, we operate sustainable purchasing arrangements with the suppliers of our food, consumables, equipment, energy and chemicals. We actively minimise waste through the recovery and recycling of materials, effective energy efficiency measures, a comprehensive pollution prevention policy and responsible use of transport; and we consistently review our standards in alignment with environmental guidelines.
The Macdonald New Blossoms Hotel is pleased to offer accessible rooms for guests with a disability. We have one fully accessible room with widened doors for greater mobility. Pull-cord alarms are linked directly to reception. Upper floor rooms offer easy access to the hotel lift. There is a hearing induction loop at reception. Guide dogs are welcome. Please contact the hotel prior to your arrival if you are a wheelchair user so that we can ensure that our portable ramp is at your disposal. Please note that the hotel is an old property which was not originally designed for easy wheelchair access. As bedroom floors have may short stair and varying access challenges for wheelchair users, we cannot guarantee access to all areas of the hotel.
