Useful Information About Our Hotel
Check-in time at the Berystede Hotel is 2pm and we ask that you check out of your rooms by 11am on the day of departure. We can offer late check-out on request, subject to availability (fees may apply).
Kids will love receiving their own check-in card, activity pack and bubble bath as part of our It's Kids promotion, and under 12s stay and eat a delicious breakfast for free on promotional family breaks at all Macdonald Hotels when sharing a room with a parent or guardian.
Children are welcome throughout the Berystede Hotel & Spa when accompanied by an adult. The hotel offers family rooms and interconnecting rooms on request. Cots and highchairs can be provided and special children's menus are available in our Restaurant. During summer months the Berystede offers a children's activity programme and the hotel is close to family attractions such as Thorpe Park and Legoland. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult in the pool and are not permitted to use the steam rooms, sauna or gym. Family swimming times vary - please check with the hotel.

Small pets are welcome at Macdonald Berystede Hotel & Spa. A fee of £10 per night applies. Guide dogs are welcome to stay free of charge.
Your safety, security and comfort are our priority at the Macdonald Berystede Hotel & Spa. There is secure gated entry to the hotel and security cameras operate throughout the premises. Reception is manned 24 hours a day, there are safes in each room and bedroom doors are fitted with spyholes and deadlocks.
There are 200 free well-lit parking spaces available at the Macdonald Berystede Hotel & Spa, 6 of which are fully accessible for disabled guests and visitors.

The Macdonald Berystede Hotel & Spa is a fully accessible hotel. The hotel offers accessible rooms with lift access to all floors, plus 6 accessible parking spaces. Braille lift buttons, Braille signage in the Spa, hearing induction loops and a pool hoist are also available. Guide dogs are welcome.
