Vital Spa Therapy
Book in for some serious pampering at the Berystede's Vital Spa. Indulge in a soothing Decleor back massage or surrender to an all-day retreat. Then wrap up in a bathrobe, settle into a soft leather recliner and gradually rejoin the world in the softly-lit comfort of our relaxation suite.

*All spa day packages include tour of facilities on arrival, skin consultation, use of the leisure facilities during the day, and a healthy lunch and drink of your choice. A bathrobe, slippers, towel and a locker will also be provided for the day and you will receive a free Decleor gift to take home. Swimsuits must be worn in the thermal suite at all times.

Cancellation Policy
To avoid a full cancellation charge we require 24 hours' notice if cancelling spa treatments and 72 hours if cancelling Pamper Days.- We do advise you to pre-book any treatments/day packages to avoid disappointment. Offers are subject to availability. Terms and conditions apply.

Leisure
Take some time out for yourself at the Berystede's Vital Health and Wellbeing Club. After an invigorating work-out in the gym, take a refreshing dip in the hotel's indoor swimming pool overlooking the gardens, or lay back in the tropical warmth of the outdoor hydropool and gaze at the stars. Work out on the latest Technogym cardiovascular and resistance equipment in our air-conditioned, naturally-lit hotel gym or improve your core stability with a yoga ball. Watch TV or listen to music as you tone your muscles with a personal training programme designed by one of our fitness instructors* or join one of our regular fitness classes.
Swimming Pool
Swim a few laps or splash around with the kids in the Macdonald Berystede Hotel's sparkling indoor 18-metre swimming pool, or relax with a magazine on one of the poolside loungers. Join an Aquacise class during the week or sit out on the terrace and soak up the sun.
Thermal Suite and Hydropool
Heat and water are an integral part of a health regime, whether you want to relax, detox or relieve aches and pains. Choose from a traditional rock sauna (85°), Infra Red Cabin (70°), Aroma Steam Room (45°) and salt infusion room (40°) with misting jets of cold salt-water infused with eucalyptus and mint essence. Cool off in the ice igloo, refresh with a drench shower and enjoy a gentle massage by bubbles in the outdoor hydropool.

Child Policy
Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult at all times in the pool and are not allowed to use the thermal suite or hydropool. Under 16s are not permitted to use the gym.
