The Restaurant

The Bear Hotel's Restaurant is the epitome of traditional, with exposed stonework, giant original beams and its own resident bears, this room creates a perfect setting to celebrate your special day with a large group of family and friends. This room can also be converted to carry on the celebrations into the night with entertainment to suit your personal taste.

The Newbold Room

Situated in The Old Glove Factory Conference Centre on the lower ground floor the Newbold Room is a stunning location for any wedding breakfast. With many traditional features tastefully restored including exposed stone walls, flagstone flooring and the entrance to a tunnel connecting The Bear to Blenheim Palace, this room creates the perfect environment for the smaller celebration. An additional extra in this room is the air-conditioning and a fixed plasma screen on which to display those embarrassing photos of the bride and groom!

The Cotswold Room

Also situated in The Old Glove Factory Conference Centre the Cotswold Room overlooks the main street of Woodstock and provides a beautiful setting for a close family celebration. With plenty of natural daylight and air-conditioning the room also benefits from the many traditional features found throughout the hotel.

The Park Room

Situated on the first floor of the main hotel building adjacent to the Churchill Lounge the Park Room has high ceilings and a more Georgian feel than other areas of the hotel. With floor to ceiling sash windows flooding the room with natural daylight and draped fabrics creating an elegant twist this is the perfect room for a wedding breakfast in any season.

The Gun Room

A small semi-private room off the main restaurant, The Gun Room named after its mementos within the room is an area suitable for the smaller celebration and also benefits from a range of the traditional features including an impressive fireplace.

The Churchill Lounge

A beautiful lounge situated at the front of the hotel overlooking Woodstock's infamous Market Square The Churchill Lounge provides a perfect location to start the celebrations. Suitable for drinks receptions prior to your wedding breakfast or for finishing the evening in style the comfortable sofas and armchairs are a perfect place to enjoy champagne or cocktails until the early hours!
