Meeting Rooms

Park Room. Floor: 1st Floor.

Situated on the first floor of the main hotel building adjacent to the Churchill Lounge the Park Room has high ceilings and a more Georgian feel than other areas of the hotel. With floor to ceiling sash windows flooding the room with natural daylight and draped fabrics creating an elegant twist this is the perfect room for any season.
This is the only room the hotel has which consists of moveable tables, which can seat up to 16 for a conference or meal and 35-theatre style.

The Cotswold. Floor: Ground Floor.

Also situated in The Old Glove Factory Conference Centre on the ground floor the Cotswold Room overlooks the main street of Woodstock and provides a beautiful setting for a smaller meeting. With plenty of natural daylight and air-conditioning the room also benefits from the many traditional features found throughout the hotel. The room also benefits from a small breakout area just outside the room

The Cutting Room. Floor: Ground.

Just next door to the Machine Room and identical apart from the rectangular table, another perfect room for the smaller event again benefiting from air conditioning and natural daylight.

The Machine Room. Floor: Ground.

On the lower ground floor this is an ideal meeting room for smaller events and different from other rooms as it boasts a round boardroom table. Overlooking the main street of Woodstock and benefiting from natural daylight, air-conditioning and a fixed whiteboard this room is also ideal for brainstorming sessions and the more informal meeting.

The Newbold Room. Floor: Ground with stepped access.

Situated in The Old Glove Factory Conference Centre on the lower ground floor the Newbold Room is a stunning location. With many traditional features tastefully restored including exposed stone walls, flagstone flooring and the entrance to a tunnel connecting The Bear to Blenheim Palace, this room creates the perfect environment for any event. With plenty of natural daylight, air-conditioning, a fixed plasma screen DVD player and surround sound this room is a perfect mix of traditional with technology.
