• • Check In/Out

    Check-in time at the Bath Spa Hotel is 2.30pm and we ask that you check out of your rooms by 11am on the day of departure. We can offer late check-out on request, subject to availability (fees may apply).

    Kids will love receiving their own check-in card, activity pack and bubble bath as part of our It's Kids promotion, and under 12s stay and eat a delicious breakfast for free on family breaks at all Macdonald Hotels when sharing a room with a parent or guardian.

    Children are welcome throughout the Bath Spa Hotel when accompanied by an adult. Cots and highchairs can be provided on request and special children's menus are available. Children can dine in the Vellore Restaurant between 6.15 and 7.30pm, or choose from their own room service menu. Under-16s are welcome to use the pool daily between 8am and 7pm if accompanied by an adult, however are not permitted to use the gym. Regrettably, under 14s are not allowed to use the outdoor hydropool, thermal suite or indoor whirlpool.

    We no longer allow pets within the hotel, however guide dogs can stay free of charge.

    Your safety, security and comfort are our priority at the Macdonald Bath Spa Hotel. Security cameras operate throughout the hotel, a safety deposit is available at Reception and the Bath Spa is set in secluded private grounds away from heavy traffic. .

    There are 160 free parking spaces available at the Macdonald Bath Spa Hotel, including fully accessible spaces for disabled guests and visitors. A valet parking service is available.

    The Bath Spa Hotel offers accessible rooms and parking spaces. We also have Braille lift buttons, a hearing induction loop and visible and audible alarms for extra peace of mind. Guide dogs are welcome.
