To avoid a cancellation charge we require 48 hours' notice when cancelling treatments and Spa Days.- We do advise you to pre-book any treatments/day packages to avoid disappointment. Offers are subject to availability. Terms and conditions apply.

From 22nd April - 17th May, enjoy authentic spa treatments in Bath provided by top therapists who have flown across from the award-winning Spa Village in Malaysia. Choose from traditional Malay and Balinese Massages as well as speciality treatments such as Campur-Campur, Pandan & Coconut Hair Mask and Chinese Pearl & Rice Facial.

Child Policy
Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult at all times in the pool and are not allowed to use the thermal suite, hydropool or indoor whirlpool. Complimentary baby inflatables are provided for 'little swimmers'. Under 16s are not permitted to use the gym.
