The butler will aim to ensure that all your requirements are fulfilled, from booking a spa treatment to organising a cocktail reception in your suite, and that your stay is comfortable and relaxed. Some of the services we can offer upon request are:
- On arrival your butler may unpack your luggage and take any items for pressing.
- A preferred selection of beverages and spirits can be delivered to your room with a fresh fruit selection.
- Choose from a pillow and duvet selection or a crisply made bed with Egyptian cotton sheets and warm blankets.
- The ultimate indulgence. Your butler will arrange to draw you an aromatic spa bath to soothe away the stresses of your journey or invigorate you in advance of a busy day of meetings or shopping. Full details of your in-room bath experience can be found in your Bathing Experience Menu. (Minimum 2 hours advance notice required)
- Dining - your butler will confirm your arrangements with the Restaurant Manager in either restaurant. He will ensure your table is ready for the time you have specified and will escort you, if requested to your table personally. Should you have any dietary requirements, please inform the butler on arrival.
- A complimentary copy of The Times newspaper will be provided for you in the morning, please let your butler know, before dining if you require another choice of newspaper. In the morning breakfast may be served in your suite; however should you wish to dine in the comfort of the restaurant the same table may be reserved for you, please let the Restaurant Manager know before retiring for the evening .
- If you have an itinerary, please let us know in advance so that we can prepare it and place it in your room.
- Concierge Services - your butler can recommend local attractions, arrange luggage porterage and storage and take care of personal and group travel.
- Departure - prior to leaving, your butler will arrange for your car and luggage to be brought to the front of the hotel at a pre-arranged time. On departure he will be happy to make any personal onward travel and accommodation arrangements.
Accessible Rooms
Accessible rooms at the Macdonald Bath Spa Hotel enjoy the same amenities as our Classic Rooms, with extra space for easy access. They are equipped with handrails and reachable switches in the bathroom and a pull-cord alarm system linked to Reception for extra peace of mind. If you are travelling with a carer, please ask about our accessible rooms with interconnecting doors. Upgrade to an Accessible Imperial Suite, with a purpose-built double wet room.
