'We had a wonderful day with warm sunshine throughout, and all of us thoroughly enjoyed your fantastic course. I was most impressed with the design by Dave Thomas which requires good positional play from the tees to avoid the cleverly placed bunkers (and of course the heather) and also accurate iron play to the greens. The greens themselves are tricky in the extreme with lots of subtle slopes and I should imagine they will be quite a handful when at their fastest in the summer.'
