Support Services

Car Parking: There is car parking space to the front of the Conference Centre for up to 1000 spaces. Car parking is also available adjacent to each hotel and to the side of every lodge. Helipad is also available.

Business Centre: In the foyer of the Conference Centre is a specially equipped Business Centre with colour photocopier, internet connections, ISDN lines, fax facility, desk and telephone.

Delegates Registration Desk: Delegates have the use of their own accreditation reception area for conferences, seperate from the main reception area.

Transport: Transport around the resort can be pre-arranged with the concierge moving delegates from hotel to conference in adverse weather conditions. Transfers to and from Inverness Airport can also be arranged with the concierge.

Marketing: Support marketing services are available and discussions with the Conference and Events Manager will outline the how we can help.

Venue Dressing: The resort can arrange for you to have your dinner or event themed and or dressed to enhance your delegates experience whilst being dined and or entertained by you. This service is tailor made to meet your needs from appropriate entertainment to table and room dressing.

Site Security: For politically sensitive conferencing and events we can arrange health and safety advice and risk assessments ensuring your event is placed in safe hands.

Additional space: If you wanted to extend the use of space for your event our team of experts can advise you on the costs of marquee hire.

ETV: This general information service which is totally interactive is available to all delegates in their hotel bedroom and the Resort is one of the few places in Scotland boasting this exciting and enhanced broadcasting.

IT: Internet connections are available in all bedrooms and to every seat in the auditorium. Help and assistance with your IT requirements is available through our specialist on site.

Video Conferencing: Within each conference facility, state-of-the-art video conferencing is available, from flat screen tocomputer generated, visual equipment.
