Base Camp Bikes 2U

Hire a mountain bike and experience and explore the spectacular scenery of the Cairngorm National Park. Fantastic trails for all the family to enjoy.

We have available mountain bikes and child carry systems. All rentals are delivered to the Macdonald Aviemore Highland Resort. We can also arrange guided tours, group discounts, family packages and we offer a mobile repair service. Please contact the resort concierge for more information.

Rothiemurchus Estate

Rothiemurchus Estate is an exciting and inspirational place for recreation, relaxation and just having fun. At Rothiemurchus Fishery, beginners and children to the more experienced can fish with fly or bait for Rainbow Trout in the fully stocked lochs. Our knowledgeable instructors are always on hand for help and advice.

Alvie Stables

Alvie Stables offers superb riding through miles of beautiful countryside in The Cairngorm National Park. Situated five miles south of Aviemore within the forests of Alvie Estate, they cater for the novice and experienced riders with pony trekking and hacking on well-schooled horses and ponies. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and qualified and look forward to welcoming you to the stables.
