Children's Activities

Aviemore Adventurers is our children's club and is operational in the holiday season. The Adventurers have an action packed programme of activities from the moment they arrive on site until they leave. On arrival all Adventurer's recieve their back pack full of goodies and can refer to their specially designed noticeboards for infromation on their daily activities. Our crazy clown and clever cartoonist meet and greet you popping up to suprise you when you least expect to see them.

Apart from the programme there is also a fantastic challenging adventure playground designed to test them on the rigours of life in the safety of the outdoor enclosure and when its raining it is inside to the e-zone, testing their skills on the virtual reality circuit of game machines and computers.

Off-site there are also may opportunities to take on family challenges where mum & dad are put through the same tests as the Adventurers, quad biking, mountain biking and pony trekking for example. Landmark Forest theme park is a great experience for all the family offering a great day out 15 minutes from the resort. If the kids are fickle when it comes to eating we arrange special kids menus and times for meals that make it easier for parents to relax.

At various times of year there are seasonal activiites designed especially for children and families. At Christmas, Santa Claus takes up residence with his pixies in his forest home and opens his workshop to the visiting children. At this time of year they can visit the reindeer and enjoy sledging on the Village Green when the snows arrive. Half terms and seasonal school breaks take into account all those on site providing the family with entertainmnet not only in the day but in the evening as well. There are many offers to take up over the year from free ski passes to free skating on the outdoor rink...check the offers and promotions for the best deals. Whilst the resort does not provide a baby sitting service we can inform you of sitters that you can use should you wish to spend time together whilst the children are cared for.

For non-residents there is the opportunity to book the activity rooms for Kid's Parties and to use swimming facilities at certain times.
