Prices shown in this leaflet supersede any previously published. Electricity, telephone charges and any breakages are not included. A returnable security deposit will be required on arrival.
VAT

All prices include VAT at 17.5% where applicable
Booking conditions.

A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week is payable at the time of booking, with full payment due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Bookings made within 8 weeks will require full pre-payment. Full booking conditions are available on request and in any case, will be sent with your booking confirmation. If we do not receive written notice of cancellation within seven days of receipt by you of your booking confirmation you will be deemed to have fully and irrevocably accepted our terms of business. Availability of facilities, entertainment and activities may vary from time to time. Your resort or Central Reservations will be pleased to provide you with the latest available information. Apartment in the same resort are identical, therefore the décor or furnishings may differ from those shown in the brochure.
Method of payment

Payments may be made by any one of the following methods:Mastercard, Visa, cheque or Switch/Maestro. Please do not send cash through the post. However, payments by personal cheque cannot be accepted within 14 days of the start of your holiday. All payments should be made by one person, and whenever possible, this should be the person named on the confirmation invoice.
Refunds

All refunds will be paid by cheque to the person named in the confirmation invoice.
Cancellation

Cancellations may be advised by telephone but must be confirmed in writing. The following cancellation charges will be payable:More than 8 weeks - loss of depositWithin 8 weeks - 100%
Holiday cancellation insurance (UK Holidays)

You are strongly advised to arrange holiday insurance cover for cancellation and curtailment for UK holidays.
Comprehensive holiday insurance (Spain)

Comprehensive holiday insurance cover is essential for holidays in Spain, call for details on 0845 601 1734.

Pets

Pets are welcome at all the UK resorts except Elmers Court.

We have a few apartments at certain resorts which provide added accessibility for customers with particular requirements, please ask for details.
