"Ansty Hall Make Winning their Business"

The team at the MacDonald Ansty hall have celebrated this week after winning the
The Highly coveted business excellence award for Customer Service and Runners up
In the Excellence in Meetings Award.
The HRS Hotel excellence awards celebrate hotels that have successfully introduced innovative ideas and as a result achieved measurable improvement to their business.
This is the second year that Ansty hall have been finalists, following the rigorous judging criteria set by some of industries leading figures.
The competition was tough and saw Ansty hall awarded the prize over the Rocco Forte Balmoral Hotel Edinburgh.

In order to enter the hotel were asked to show how they consistently achieved outstanding
Levels of customer service, for example, providing a warm welcome and exceeding customer expectations. The hotel also received a visit from the Best Practise Forum and BHA, to verify evidence and to mystery guest the Hotel.

This is not the first time in the past 12 months that the Hotel has been recognised for its
Customer service in November the hotel was finalist in the Warwickshire TSB Godiva awards.
