Wedding Function Rooms
Choose a wedding suite in this dignified Tudor manor house hotel for a truly romantic marriage in Stratford-upon-Avon. For midsummer weddings, gather with friends and family on the terrace for alfresco drinks overlooking the magnificent cedar tree or hire a marquee on the lawn. Celebrate a crisp winter wedding with drinks by the fire in the cosy Manor Bar and Blue Lounge. Larger wedding parties are catered for in the Cedar Room, with views over the gardens, whilst smaller weddings can be comfortably accommodated in the Avon Room overlooking a small courtyard.
The Cedar Room
Accessed via the Blue Lounge, this elegant room looks out through leaded French windows onto extensive lawns and our famous Cedar Tree. In warmer weather, spill out onto the terrace for drinks or a barbecue, or find the perfect spot for a family photograph. Seating up to 120 guests for a civil ceremony or wedding breakfast and 150 guests for an evening reception, it features a private bar and dancefloor. Make and enquiry
The Avon Room
For smaller weddings, the airy Avon Room is ideal. This peaceful private dining room overlooks an inner courtyard and can accommodate 60 guests for a civil ceremony or 40 guests for a Wedding Breakfast or Dinner.
The Atherstone & Loxley Suites
Modern and inviting, the first-floor Atherstone and Loxley Suites are licensed to hold civil ceremonies for up to 60 guests and a seated wedding breakfast for up to 28. The neutral décor of these bright, contemporary rooms gives you the opportunity to personalise your wedding with your own theme.
Room Hire
A room hire charge is applicable for Civil Ceremonies. The Registrar's fees are separate and you must contact Warwick County Council direct.

Hold your wedding ceremony and reception in the Tudor splendour of the romantic Alveston Manor Hotel. Alveston Manor is licensed to hold civil ceremonies in any one of four private wedding suites. Once you have made a provisional booking with us you will need to contact the Warwickshire Registrar's Office on 01926 494269.
