Conference Room Descriptions

Cedar Room

The Cedar Room is our largest suite and is located off the blue lounge in the main manor building. It is easily accessible from the reception and manor lounge & bar.
 
Entering through the fantastic carved wooden doors into a room that is both light and airy. The bay windows on the far wall offer a spectacular view of the beautiful gardens and Cedar Tree.  There are French doors that enable you to access the gardens from the room.

The décor of the room is both simple and tasteful so as not to detract and is ideal for Conferences and banquets.

Atherstone & Loxley

The Atherstone and Loxley rooms form part of the Manor Suites and are situated in a more modern part of the Hotel. The rooms are on the first floor and have natural daylight.  They are ideal for smaller conferences and can also we used for private dining

Both rooms have been refurbished to offer modern and comfortable surroundings.

Wellesbourne

The Wellesbourne is a fantastic conference room for up to 12 delegates with a hard wood mahogany style table set in an open square.  The room is air-conditioned and has natural daylight. In addition it has a built in white board and LCD Projector

Tiddington & Shipston

Perfect for the smaller meeting or syndicate. Both these rooms have a mahogany style boardroom table to seat up to 8 guests and a built in white board. Both offer natural daylight and air conditioning

Syndicates 1,2,3,4

In addition to the main conference rooms we also have for rooms all located within easy reach of the Conference suites that can accommodate up to 10 boardroom style. The rooms all have natural daylight

Avon

Located adjacent to the main restaurant this room is ideal for a private dinner for up to 40 guests. It has natural daylight and overlooks a small courtyard
