every department. That is why we created Macdonald Hotel's Centres
of Excellence in specific hotels, so that we have shining examples
of the very best practices and procedures to show new employees or
managers.
At a Centre of Excellence, all our company procedures and
standards are clearly and properly in place. This is also a way of
measuring and recognising the successful departments who deliver
excellent training and development, and follow company procedures.
The successful employees who successfully create Centre of
Excellence also receive a monetary reward to recognize their
efforts.
Shortly, we will have a Centre of Excellence for each hotel
department in every one of the regions in which we operate.
